Yoga & Mindfulness Walk at the EcoGarden
Join TreeUtah in the EcoGarden at the Day-Riverside Library (1575 W 1000 N, Salt Lake City, UT 84116) on Friday, October 6th at 6:00pm for a mindfulness walk through the garden and a yoga session led by Khushbir Singh. After yoga, we'll enjoy some yogi tea!
Bring a blanket or a yoga mat and wear enough layers to be comfortable - it could be chilly. Please, also bring a reusable to-go mug for your hot tea.
Khushbir has been teaching Kundalini yoga for over 25 years and he specializes in breathing techniques, postural alignment, yogic philosophy, meditation, and mantra. He is a Lead Trainer in the Kundalini Research Institute's Aquarian Teacher Training Academy and teaches yoga every Monday evening at Dancing Cranes in Salt Lake City. He loves sharing Kundalini yoga with others and seeing how quickly people can have a positive effect on their own consciousness through yogic practice. We're grateful to Khushbir for joining us to guide us through a yoga session!

Everyone can help
TreeUtah is dedicated to making our events accessible to everyone. Planting trees might sound intimidating, but it’s a task anyone can help with! Our events are open to everyone across the spectrums of age, experience, and abilities. Whether you show up to lend your hands to dig holes, your eyes to ensure trees are upright, or your voice to keep us encouraged, you are welcome to plant trees with TreeUtah. If you want to plant trees with us, we will work with you to accommodate your needs and we will be happy to have you join us!
