Tree Planting at the Ogden Nature Center

Join us on Wednesday, October 25th to plant trees at the Ogden Nature Center (966 W 12th St, Ogden, UT 84404)Ogden Nature Center (966 W 12th St, Ogden, UT 84404)!

We will meet at the Ogden Nature Center between 12:00 and 12:30. When you arrive, look for the green TreeUtah tent and check in. When everyone has arrived, we'll get started with a brief safety talk and planting demonstration. Then, we'll split into groups and get planting!

We will bring all the tools, trees, soil amendments, safety equipment, light snacks, drinks and trained staff to guide you through the planting process.

We ask that you wear long pants, closed-toe shoes, sun protection, and clothing you don't mind getting dirty. It's also a good idea to check the forecast beforehand, so you can wear enough layers to plant comfortably in the day's weather. We will have a water station where you can refill your reusable water bottle.

We will wrap up by 3:30pm.
