Sugarhouse Community Tree Planting

Join TreeUtah to plant trees in the center of Sugarhouse Park on Sunday, Oct 3rd at 9am. Sugarhouse Park lost 60 trees in the windstorm last year and this is the first of many replantings that will add to this unique urban forest.

Wear clothes you can get dirty, closed-toe shoes, and sun protection. Bring your own reusable water bottle; we'll have a water refill station. We'll bring all the tools, gloves, materials, trees, amendments, and first aid to have a fun time! (You are welcome to bring your own tools and gloves if you would prefer.)

Look for the green TreeUtah tent when you arrive at the Big Field Pavilion (pull in just to the North of the pond and park in the lot), and check in with us to get started. See you there!
