Tree Planting in Lehi

Tree Planting in Lehi

Looking for ways to make a positive impact in your community? Join us for an awesome tree planting event this weekend! We'll be at Thanksgiving Point Trailhead Park (down the road from 2769 Cottonwood Drive, Lehi) on Saturday, November 9th at 9:00 am.

When you arrive at the planting site, look for our big green tent to make sure you're in the right place and to check in. Once everyone has arrived, we'll begin with a brief safety talk and planting demonstration. Then, we'll split into small groups and get planting.

We'll bring the trees, tools, gloves, and expertise to guide you through the planting process. We ask that you wear closed-toe shoes, long pants, enough layers to plant comfortably in the day's weather, and sun protection. We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle to fill at our water station.

So we know to expect you, please fill out our Volunteer Waiver at the link below:

We've had such a great time planting with you all throughout the Fall 2024 season and we're looking forward to this event. As we begin to wind down our planting season, check our calendar for a few more opportunities to plant trees and for workshops we'll be hosting throughout the Winter!

Everyone can help

TreeUtah is dedicated to making our events accessible to everyone. Planting trees might sound intimidating, but it’s a task anyone can help with! Our events are open to everyone across the spectrums of age, experience, and abilities. Whether you show up to lend your hands to dig holes, your eyes to ensure trees are upright, or your voice to keep us encouraged, you are welcome to plant trees with TreeUtah. If you want to plant trees with us, we will work with you to accommodate your needs and we will be happy to have you join us!
