Tree Planting at Dimple Dell

Come plant trees with TreeUtah at the Historic Muir-Poulsen Orchard (2940 Mt Jordan Rd, Sandy, UT 84092) on Saturday, October 11th at 9:00 am.

We're thrilled to be returning to the orchard to make another big step forward in this awesome project. This time, we'll be planting evergreens that will act as a wind barrier to protect the fruit trees as they mature!

When you arrive at the planting site, look for our big green tent to check in. Once everyone has arrived, we'll get started with a brief safety talk and planting demonstration. Then, we'll split into small groups and get planting.

We'll bring the trees, tools, gloves, soil amendments, and expertise to guide you through the planting process. We ask that you wear closed-toe shoes, long pants, and enough layers to plant comfortably in the day's weather. We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle.
