EcoGarden Gardening and Maintenance

Come garden with us at the TreeUtah EcoGarden at the Day-Riverside Branch Library in Salt Lake City!

Every Wednesday from 5:00 - 6:00 pm during the autumn months, we'll be working on gardening projects at this awesome community gardening site on the West Side of Salt Lake City.

Utah Scion Swap 2026 with the Utah Native Plant Society

Join us at the Tracy Aviary's Nature Center at Pia Okwai with the Utah Native Plant Society and yardfarmer.co for a day of plant seed swapping and plant chats! Come mingle with native plant, rare fruit and gardening enthusiasts!

This event is free to attend (no registration required) and will take place from 10am - 2pm.

TreeUtah at Utah Art's Festival!

TreeUtah is thrilled to be providing River Plant Crafts at the 50th anniversary of the Utah Arts Festival June 18th - 21st at Library Square and the Civic Center.

Address is 200 East 400 South, Salt Lake City

Join us as we celebrate art and river plants such as willow and dogwood in the Art Yard! Participants will get to bend, twist, tie, and shape creative designs using the flexibility of classic riparian plants that are not only fun to work with, but also provide vast ecosystem services to the rivers of Utah.

Wasatch Wildflower Festival at Brighton!

Join TreeUtah at Brighton Resort on Saturday, July 11th at 9:00am to celebrate the Wasatch Wildflower Festival in Big Cottonwood Canyon! This festival is an amazing way for folks to enjoy the fresh air, alpine color and community connection, with organized guided wildflower walks, led by passionate volunteers who’ll introduce you to the incredible variety of species that thrive up in the Wasatch Mountain Range.

Festivities will last until 2pm! Registration is free, but required.

This festival is an amazing way for folks to enjoy the fresh air, alpine color and community connection, with organized guided wildflower walks, led by passionate volunteers who’ll introduce you to the incredible variety of species that thrive up in the Wasatch Mountain Range.

Festivities will last until 2pm! Registration is free, but required.

TreeUtah at Patagonia's 40th Fest in SLC!

Patagonia is celebrating 40 years of being a part of Salt Lake City and TreeUtah will be there for the hang! Make sure to swing by our table for some tree trivia and tree chats, Saturday, July 18th from 4pm to 9pm!

The festival will have live bands, free tattoos, burgers, beers, screen printing, and an absolute party!

Sapling Harvest at Brighton Resort in July

Join TreeUtah at Brighton Resort on Friday, July 31st at 9:00 am to help us harvest saplings from groomed ski runs to later be replanted as part of restoration projects on the mountain!

The address is 8302 S Brighton Loop Rd, Brighton, UT 84121.

We will be meeting at the main center of Brighton Resort. Look for our big green tent to make sure you're in the right place and to check in!

Our events are open to everyone across the spectrums of age, experience, and abilities. Whether you show up to lend your hands to dig holes, your eyes to ensure trees are upright, or your voice to keep us encouraged, you are welcome to plant trees with TreeUtah. If you want to plant trees with us, we will work with you to accommodate your needs and we will be happy to have you join us!
