EcoGarden Summer Currant Harvest Workshop

EcoGarden Summer Currant Harvest Workshop

Join us at the TreeUtah EcoGarden at the Day-Riverside Branch Library (1575 W 1000 N, Salt Lake City, UT 84116) on Saturday, July 13th at 11:00 AM to pick fresh currants and make a dressing for a locally-sourced salad!

We will bring all the tools necessary for this workshop, in addition to a shade tent and misters to help keep us all cool! All we ask is that you wear sun protection and a reusable water bottle to fill inside the nearby library.

So we know to expect you, please fill out our Volunteer Form at the following link: https://treeutah.dm.networkforgood.com/forms/tree-utah-volunteer-waiver

We're looking forward to harvesting with you!

Everyone can help

TreeUtah is dedicated to making our events accessible to everyone. Planting trees might sound intimidating, but it’s a task anyone can help with! Our events are open to everyone across the spectrums of age, experience, and abilities. Whether you show up to lend your hands to dig holes, your eyes to ensure trees are upright, or your voice to keep us encouraged, you are welcome to plant trees with TreeUtah. If you want to plant trees with us, we will work with you to accommodate your needs and we will be happy to have you join us!
