Community Tree Planting
This Summer, we'll be hosting garden work parties every Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at our EcoGarden at the Day-Riverside Branch Library (1575 W 1000 N, Salt Lake City, UT 84116). Come spend a lovely Spring evening gardening and socializing.

Please join TreeUtah, Salt Lake City Public Lands, and Friends of the Salt Lake City Cemetery to plant 50 trees on Friday, May 5! We will have two shifts. One at 9am (until about noon) and another at 1PM (until about 4pm).

Join us for Draper City's Arbor Day festivities this Friday at Galena Park (12452 S Vista Station Blvd. Draper, UT 84020) at 5:00pm, where we'll be planting trees and enjoying tacos from local taco trucks!

Join us on Thursday, May 11th at 9:00am to plant trees at the Provo River Delta.
The Provo River Delta Restoration Project broke ground in 2020 in an effort to restore the delta to its natural state, which will provide regional wildlife such as the endangered June sucker with essential habitat. In addition to the benefits of restoring the delta to resume its natural ecological functions, the project will provide residents of the area with a new recreational site where they can get out and enjoy the beauty of Utah landscapes.

Join us at 9:00am this Saturday at the Tracy Aviary Jordan River Nature Center (1125 W 3300 S, South Salt Lake, UT 84119) to plant trees with Samba Fogo to kick off the Plant Your Feet Community Dance & Planting Festival!

Join us at Wigwam Park on Monday, May 22nd at 6:00pm at Wigwam Park (4 Canyon Rd, Tooele, UT 84074) to plant trees! Since 2020, Tooele City has been working on improving Wigwam Park and we're looking forward to planting trees with you all in an effort to help them out.

TreeUtah is dedicated to making our events accessible to everyone. Planting trees might sound intimidating, but it’s a task anyone can help with! Our events are open to everyone across the spectrums of age, experience, and abilities. Whether you show up to lend your hands to dig holes, your eyes to ensure trees are upright, or your voice to keep us encouraged, you are welcome to plant trees with TreeUtah. If you want to plant trees with us, we will work with you to accommodate your needs and we will be happy to have you join us!
