Community Tree Planting

Join us at Fairmont Park (1040 E Sugarmont Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84106) April 1st at 9:00am to plant trees!

Join us on Saturday, April 8th at Meadowlark Elementary (497 Morton Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84116) at 9:00am to plant some trees! We were finally able to find a new date for this event and we're looking forward to having you with us. The forecast for the date is looking excellent, despite the major snowstorm earlier in the week.

Thank you to the volunteers from the Salt Lake Rotary Club,  Sherwin Williams Paints, and thank you in advance to all the volunteers who will join us! Thank you to the Salt Lake City School District for hosting us to plant more trees on Salt Lake's West Side.

Plant trees with us at Oquirrh Park (5624 Cougar Lane, Kearns, UT 84118) on Wednesday, April 19th at 1:00pm!

As part of our lead up to Earth Day, we'll be planting trees at Oquirrh Park in Kearns and we hope you'll join us!

Plant trees with us at Oquirrh Park (5624 Cougar Ln, Kearns, UT 84118) on Friday, Aprl 21st at 1:00pm!

We will meet at the Ball Parking Lot at Oquirrh Park in Kearns at 1:00pm. When you arrive, look for our big green tent to check in. Once everyone has arrived, we'll start with a safety talk and planting demonstration. Then, we'll split into groups and get planting!

The first annual clean-up of the Jordan River for Earth Day will be from 8 to 11:30 a.m. on April 22.

Bring the family and enjoy a FREE grab n’ go breakfast followed by a community workday to protect and preserve our Jordan River.

TreeUtah will be stationed at our EcoGarden at the Day-Riverside Branch Library (1575 W 1000 N, Salt Lake City, UT 84116).

This Summer, we'll be hosting garden work parties every Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at our EcoGarden at the Day-Riverside Branch Library (1575 W 1000 N, Salt Lake City, UT 84116).

Plant trees with us at Lodestone Park (6252 W 6200 S, Kearns, UT 84118) on Saturday, April 29th at 9:00am!

Kick off this Spring weekend by planting trees with TreeUtah! We will meet at the park at 9:00am. When you arrive, look for our big green tent to check in. Once everyone has arrived, we'll start with a safety talk and planting demonstration. Then, we'll split into groups and get planting!

TreeUtah is dedicated to making our events accessible to everyone. Planting trees might sound intimidating, but it’s a task anyone can help with! Our events are open to everyone across the spectrums of age, experience, and abilities. Whether you show up to lend your hands to dig holes, your eyes to ensure trees are upright, or your voice to keep us encouraged, you are welcome to plant trees with TreeUtah. If you want to plant trees with us, we will work with you to accommodate your needs and we will be happy to have you join us!
