Planting at Fairmont Park
Come plant trees with us in Fairmont Park with the Friends of Fairmont. We expect the event to last from 9 am to 11 am. Registration is limited to 50 participants so please let us know ASAP if you're planning on joining us.
Please wear closed-toe shoes, sun protection, and clothing you don't mind getting dirty. We bring all the trees, tools, gloves, soil amendments, and education you need to plant trees for success so this park thrives for generations to come. We'll have a water refill station (so bring your own reusable water bottle, please), coffee, tea, fruit, and granola bars.
For directions, the planting will be at Fairmont Park. Meet east of the pond.
