Benefits of being a Tree Planting Sponsor

TreeUtah welcomes sponsors for our 2011 planting events.  Many businesses choose to sponsor a planting each year as an annual team building and community service project. See our planting calendar to get an idea of the plantings you can sponsor.

Businesses contribute a minimum of $2,000 for a sponsorship and receive the following benefits beyond the satisfaction of improving Utah’s environment and building community:

Before the Planting Event

  • name acknowledgement on the TreeUtah website homepage, and our “Partners” page
  • company logo on TreeUtah printed planting schedule, which is distributed at to all TreeUtah members and friends as well as at outreach events throughout Utah
  • recognition in press release about the planting
  • initial planning meeting and site visit with TreeUtah staff to ensure a successful event

At the Planting Event

  • company logo on permanent tree planting markers at the project site
  • planting event custom designed solely for your employees, their families and guests
  • company logo on event signage and materials
  • verbal recognition in opening remarks at the planting event

After the Planting Event

  • short report describing the project’s accomplishments
  • group photo and photos of the event for your use
  • company name on the “Partners” page of TreeUtah’s website
  • company website link on TreeUtah’s website
  • company logo and thank you on TreeUtah’s Facebook page
  • company logo and thank you in TreeUtah’s monthly e-newsletter, Branching Out
  • company logo and recognition and in our biannual newsletter, Seeds of Change
  • complimentary tickets to TreeUtah workshops and events
  • company logo on all Fall Community Harvest Festival promotional materials, logo on sponsor banner as well as verbal recognition at the event
  • framed Planting Sponsor certificate
