Join the TreeUtah community!

Internships:

EcoGarden Intern: Research, design and implement community volunteer events at TreeUtah’s EcoGarden, a permaculture orchard next to the Day-Riverside Library in Rose Park. TreeUtah staff will offer support, information resources, office space, tools, supplies, and event promotion. The intern will work independently in researching and maintaining the EcoGarden.

Videographer Internship:

TreeUtah has been improving the lives of Utahns for 3 decades. Help us tell our story through the art of videography.  Give trees a voice and document how tree-planting can transform communities. Tell the story of a single tree and help others experience or visualize the life of the earth’s most ancient living things.  There are so many Tree Stories to tell. Interns must have access to their own camera and editing equipment. Shooting will occur on some Saturdays.

Other Internship/Volunteer Opportunities: TreeUtah can tailor an internship or volunteer opportunity to match your skills. We welcome a variety of students looking to expand their experiences. Learn how to manage volunteers at a community tree planting, assist with a science summer camp, go to a school and help plant a tree or manage our EcoGarden, a permaculture orchard in Rose Park.

To apply for an internship please send a cover letter and resume to Education@treeutah.org with the subject line ‘Internship.’
